We can be flexible with the ultimate structure and investment time horizon. We target investments that typically require approximately $10-20 million of equity, which is below the threshold of most institutional investors and thus less competition. This strategy allows us to find unique opportunities for our investors. We are currently focused on opportunistic, value-add, and core-plus investment strategies in the housing asset class.
